This service promises you an interview winning resume. As I spent plenty of money on this product, I expected to see something impressive. However, I was disappointed in this regard; what I received was a simply good resume. I believe that I could spend less money and get a good product, as I saw plenty of cheaper services. Moreover, the support was not so good.
Resume for success website claims to staff certified resume writers and promises to write you a resume that will get you more interviews. I was looking for a help with my resume update and the site said they had Healthcare writers in staff. Basically, the site is not very comfortable to use as it looks quite outdated. However, there are resume samples, and testimonials.

Price policy

In spite of the way site looked their prices were far not the cheapest. For instance, graduate resume was $250; top manager resume was $975, and cover letter cost $250-475 depending on the career stage. My mid-career resume was supposed to cost $475, but these prices were not final. I also found any information about discounts. I thought it was a norm, but having read some reviews here found that many sites offer discounts.

Order details

As there was no opportunity to order through the site, I left them a message on Contact us page and specified the time when I felt comfortable to have a consultation with them. In respond they emailed me the instructions how to pay (my professional resume was $475), and as they already had my old resume, the phone consultation was scheduled for the next day. The writer asked me some tricky questions and asked again about the information that was specified in my resume.

Quality of support and writing

The writer promised a written resume within a week. I haven’t heard from them during this week, but as the six days passed, I wanted to know about the progress as the writer didn’t keep in touch with me. I called them, but there was an auto-respond and no one called me back. So I had to call a few hours later and was answered to get in touch with my writer directly. Not sure if I can call it a good support.

Conclusion

As the resume was pretty expensive, I expected to see something impressive. However, I was disappointed in this regard; what I received was a simply good resume. I believe that I could spend less money and get a good product, as I saw plenty of cheaper services. Moreover, the process of ordering and support looked quite outdated. What can I recommend? Check the reviews before making an order and don’t leave it to a chance as I did. I sent this resume over and not sure if it will work for me.
